Icelandic Volcanic Ash Conspiracy Theory – Ice Age

The Icelandic volcanic ash cloud emerging from the Eyjafjallajokull volcano will bring about the next Ice Age in the next six months in the Northern Hemisphere, according to a recent scientific report.
“The ash cloud has blotted out the sun which has brought about the dramatic drop in temperatures over the UK and Northern Europe – giving the effect of Winter. Within six months we will have plunged into another Ice Age” said Icelandic geologist Professor Jake Jolla-Jay Flul at a press conference in Reykjavik today.
Early reports suggest that Iceland, Northern Scotland, and Norway will feel the first effects with their natural eco-system grinding to a halt due to the extreme drops in temperatures by around September 2010. Shipping lanes in those areas will also be disrupted with the onset of advancing ice fields.
Professor Flul added “Mankind, as we know it, may soon be wiped out as early as the end of 2011″.
So we’ll have the same atmosphere as The Stadium of Shi……er Light, then? ;o)

A controversy about this small percentage of people who will live has led to a question. Conspiracy theories have also arisen. A very common conspiracy theory is that the New World Order is actively going to protect a few thousand select individuals to maintain and continue the species. This theory supposes that the list of survivors will include those in power in government and corporations, those who can bear children and are healthy, and those who can maintain and continue to develop technology.
