Shepherd’s Pie Has Lamb Mince

I only just learnt that the difference between “cottage pie” and “shepherds pie” is that it’s LAMB mince in shepherd’s pies, (seems obvious now right, eh?!), and beef mince in cottage pie.
It’s a crazy world out there!
